Dorian Schmidt Workshop, Stroud Glos Wednesday 13th to Friday 15th October 2010.

For those of you who are not familiar with Dorian Schmidt or his work:
Dorian Schmidt has worked since 1993 on developing a methodical way to attain perception and knowledge of the life forces within and around us. Starting from his own deep connection with nature - having been a gardener for a long time - Dorian has also worked since 1999 in conjunction with the biodynamic movement on various important research projects, which among other things look into aspects of quality testing.

About 4 years ago Dorian visited Stroud to conduct a workshop and you may have met him and his work then. Some of us have recently joined one of his training groups in Germany and we are very interested to engender/foster his work and approach in this country. To this end he has offered to come once again and will in those three days create a space for all that are interested, to go deeper into his work. He will show us in a practical way how to train our capacities to come closer to experiencing and discerning when, where and how we ‘see’ the formative life forces in order to be able to consciously relate to and interact with them.

The workshop will be based mainly on practical exercises (which might at times be conducted outdoors), guided by the questions, wishes and ideas of the participants, interspersed with as much ‘theory’ as is helpful to the process.

The cost of the workshop will depend on the number of participants - to be determined nearer the time - but will not exceed £75 for the three days.
Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided but participants will need to bring their own food for lunch/supper or will be able to eat in nearby Stroud.
If accommodation is needed there are B&Bs in Stroud.
