"In the seed itself we find the highest degree of contraction and inner perfection" - Goethe
In saving our own seeds we carry this perfection to the next generation of plants and the future of our gardens and food supply.
What is the importance of saving seeds? The quality of seeds is what has driven farmers to Rudolf Steiner to initiate biodynamic agriculture. This is still relevant today.
The course will look at the nature of seeds, how to save your own seeds and even touch on some plant breeding to create your own varieties in the garden. See if you can make your own perfect tomato or squash!
