We have a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic, self motivated applicant to develop initially a 5 Acre vegetable scheme from scratch. The land is already Demeter registered.
You would be working closely with our Chef in Lincolnshire to provide the vegetables for our teaching academy, also with the Chef at Aloka our vegetarian restaurant in Brighton. This position also offers the possibility of developing a vegetable box scheme in the local area in time. You would be working alongside the team of biodynamic farmers who are responsible for our 500 acre Demeter certified farm. This position could suit a couple as we will require an under-gardener also to support this role.
