The BDAA apprentice training group is in the process of accreditation of the Biodynamic Apprentice Learning Programme. The group would like to employ a part time coordinator, working an average of one day a week. The Coordinator will have a number of important responsibilities which require a good understanding of Biodynamic practice and the ideals and theory behind it. Teaching, mentoring/supervision or consulting experience would be useful. A keen interest in the BD apprentice training and it’s success is essential. The job will include liason and communication with training centres, supporting trainers and apprentices, coordination with Crossfields Institute, evaluation of new training centres for approval, monitoring existing training centres, and reviewing and revising the content of the apprentice learning programme. Travel to the various training centres and to meetings of the training group is required.
The remuneration will be £12.50 per hour for an average of one day per week.
