Biodynamic Farmer / couple wanted for farm in Patagonia

We are setting up a farm in Patagonia  and we are searching for a couple to live and manage the farm called Chacra El Progreso. The Chacra is located in Gaiman, in the region of Chubut. The farm, of about 50 hectares,  is rented now to a neighbour farmer who works the land receiving a percentage of the production. Right now the farm is cultivated conventionally, but we are searching fro someone that would turn the farm to organic or biodynamic production(depending on their training).

The farm has a fruit area and vegetables such as alfalfa, onions, potatoes and pumpkins amongst others. The couple would have the freedom to come up with a production plan and with new crops to be cultivated. Right now there are no animals, but we are prepared to have some cattle. The farm has a tractor.There is a irrigation channel that runs across the farm facilitating water access for the crops. The couple would have accommodation on site in a house that has just been renovated and a car. The owner is British and based in the UK but travels quite often to Argentina and spends time in the farm. Speaking Spanish is a plus.

The tasks would be mainly to keep the land active and to look after the main house while it is empty (to act as "caseros"). Please find attached a document with some images of the farm and the accommodation provided
