SITUATION VACANT for a DAIRY FARMER Old Plaw Hatch Farm, West Sussex, UK

Old Plaw Hatch Farm is a community owned Biodynamic farm producing a range of dairy produce, fruit and vegetables for sale through our farm shop.

We are looking for someone to join our team and manage a herd of 40 milking cows; a flock of 30 sheep; and 2 sows. The dairy herd has been a closed herd for 36 years and is currently operated under exceptionally high welfare standards.

We are an open farm and encourage community and public access, as well as actively supporting vocational and apprenticeship training.

This is a very practical role and requires the necessary EXPERIENCE, PASSION and COMMITMENT associated with Biodynamic farming and community living.
