Vacancy: Old Plaw Hatch Farm, Dairy Processing Manager

Plaw Hatch Farm is a community owned farm in West Sussex, part of the Forest Row community, and is one of the oldest biodynamic farms in England. We are currently looking for a person to take responsibility for the processing of milk in our artisan dairy.  This involves bottling raw milk, making yoghurt, cheese, cream, and developing new products.  We need someone who: will fit in well with the farm team, has real passion for processing raw milk and has entrepreneurial flare to help develop and manage the business.  A relevant qualification at degree/diploma level would be a great advantage.  We hope that the successful person would have 2 years experience in dairy processing and management, but 5 years would be preferred.  A keen interest in organic and biodynamic agriculture is important.
