The Biodynamic Association is seeking to employ a Marketing and Supply-chain Manager to develop and implement a strategy to market Demeter and BDA Organic produce from its licensees, and others, and to improve the brand recognition of Demeter produce. This is a part-time post.
We are seeking someone with relevant experience and skills to take this new position forward. The postholder will work with the BDA staff and BD Certification licensees and retailers to build consumer groups and citizens’ understanding of and the Demeter (biodynamic) brand as part of the organic market.

Annual holidays and holiday pay:
The annual holiday with pay is 21 days per year FTE. Additionally, you are entitled to Bank and other Public Holidays prorata. For employees working on a part-time basis, entitlement to holiday will be calculated using the ratio of hours/days worked to full time hours (37.5/week).
The Biodynamic & Demeter Marketing Manager will be employed for 15 hours per week over 2 days (exact days and times are negotiable and will be agreed upon appointment). The successful candidate will be able to be flexible in their hours and travel for work as needed.
