SUMMARY:An Introduction to Gardening the Biodynamic Way\, Sun 14th Feb 2027\, 2pm - 5pm: London
DESCRIPTION:Venue: Rudolf Steiner House\, 35 Park Road\, London NW1 6XT\nDate and times: Sunday 14th February 2.00-5.00pm\nAll welcome\, no need to book. £10.00 / £5.00 \nCome love our precious earth on St Valentines day!  \nBiodynamics is an organic method of cultivation\, arising out of Rudolf Steiner’s Spiritual research. It works with the rhythms of the movements of the sun\, moon\, planets and stars to which the plants respond. The workshop will cover the background to the biodynamic planting calendar\, using the biodynamic preparations and give an update on some research into the effectiveness of these methods. \nIt’s coming up to spring and so we will focus on planning and sowing those early deeds. For the last hour we’ll stir the horn manure preparation (known as 500)\, so bring an empty screw top bottle if you would like to take some home. A 500ml bottle is enough for an average garden. The workshop is suitable for those new to biodynamics and for anyone who would like to give their garden\, window boxes\, street trees or house plants a spring treat! \nSue and Douglas are enthusiastic gardeners with lots of practical experience of biodynamic gardening.
