NUTLEY HALL – is a community of over 80 staff and residents, 33 of whom are adults with learning disabilities. A long-established, independent charity working out of the impulses of Rudolf Steiner, we have 6 households and several craft workshops.
Could you share our vision & community ethos?
We Invite applications for a Garden Workshop Leader (Full-time) – the appointed person will oversee the grounds and gardens of Nutley Hall including supporting and enabling adults with learning disabilities to maintain the grounds and grow vegetables and fruit for use by the community. Knowledge & experience of biodynamic gardening and of working with people with learning disabilities would be an advantage.
Professional references & a DBS (formerly CRB) check are required in all cases.
