The growing demand in the UK for biodynamic eggs was featured in Poultry Word magazine recently with a nice article looking at the Orchard Eggs story. Launched in 2006, today Daniël and Karen Hoeberichts keep about 5,000 hens in in their biodynamic orchard. They sell their eggs locally to neighbourhood supermarkets, bakeries and markets.
