Skye Gyngell has been named the 2019 ‘Female Chef of the Year’. Her Somerset House restaurant ‘Spring’ relies on produce from Jane Scotter’s biodynamic farm in Herefordshire, Fern Verrow. Away from London, Skye Gyngell is culinary director of Hampshire hotel Heckfield Place, where she has planted a biodynamic farm, as well as orchards and woodland.
